A warm welcome to Hill Farm Holiday Cottages in the heart of the beautiful North York Moors National Park

Our two large self-catering cottages are Tourist Board 4 star graded, and offer spacious and comfortable
accommodation suitable for groups of family or friends, seeking the peace
and quiet of the countryside for a holiday or short break.
Hill Farm House has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, while Both cottages are fully equipped to ensure you have everything you need for the perfect, relaxing break. There is even a dishwasher so Dad doesn't have to do the washing up! All gas and electricity is included in the hire charge |

Together with our own home, the cottages are set on a south-facing hillside and enjoy wonderful views of Rosedale.
Explore the local countryside, which is ideal for walking, cycling, mountain biking, bird watching, or simply for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility. Linger in one of many picture-postcard villages, sample locally brewed ales, and enjoy the fine cuisine in local hostelries.
There really is "something for everyone" here. We are within easy reach of stately homes, National Trust and English Heritage historic properties, seaside resorts, and city shopping, and, of course, some of the most beautiful countryside in Britain is right on the doorstep. |

Both cottages are non-smoking, and we are sorry that we are unable to accept pets or stag and hen parties. In addition, we are not able to rent both cottages to the same group unless the total number of guests is 12 or less. |
